my name is Hans Peter Fuchs. I was born in 1969 in the beautiful city of Graz, Styria, Austria. Having completed
the required school years, I started an apprenticeship as a trained clerical worker, but after completion of my training I started working in catering trade for six years. After a longer stay in hospital in 1996, I finally had to
change my profession due to health reasons, and since 1998 I have been working for an international forwarding company at the Graz / Thalerhof airport. Although I had always been interested in aviation , my real
key experience was the appearance of a Boeing 747 at the relatively small airport in Graz. An airshow in autumn 1994, also in Graz, has finally deeply anchored my interest. Since those days, I really spend a lot of
time on various airports and airbases in order to see or photograph civilian and military aircraft.
I met Robert Kysela the first time at the ILA 96 in Berlin. I was glad I had met another guy from Styria and we had an
interesting talk. Later on, our ways crossed several times again ( Wiener Neustadt, Graz, Zeltweg, Bratislava, etc. ), finally a friendship developed.
